Though I saw the beautiful art examples you provided on your website, I doubted that an artist would be able to capture our Otis in a way that would move us... Well, when we opened the packet and pulled out the art, we both cried... Needless to say, the artist could not have done a better job. We were so very moved, and though it made us sad again that he is now gone, we are so happy to have this beautiful image of Otis to display. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I gotta say my second one, a beautiful German Shepherd didn't do her justice. It was too light and a bit angular. My fault for approving it without voicing my concerns. I ordered this drawing of a friend's cairn terrier as a birthday present. I was delighted with the quality of the drawing and my friend says that it has captured her dog's expression perfectly. She was thrilled with the present and I was happy to be able to find a unique gift for a special birthday.

The drawing turned out great. I would have given 5 star except for two things. Save your money on the framing, it arrived with the backing already broken and made of cheap materials. Customer service online is auto response only, direct questions do not get answered, only canned responses

We lost our beautiful Labradoodle Gracie, after 16 years of unconditional love . She was always there to make us laugh , comfort us , and motivate us to keep going everyday. She was truly an angel. Her loss has deeply sadden everyone in our family. Our two boys who, were little ,when she was a puppy grew up with her constant love and attention. They are grown now, and living away , but they cherished the visits home just to see her sweet face. My husband and I, now empty nesters ,came home every night to a house still full of life, because Gracie was waiting for us. Her picture was so beautifully done and helped with our grief. Our beautiful Romeo crossed over the rainbow bridge just about a month ago. He was 15 years old and we loved him so much even though I only had him for the last year and a half. This is the second black and white portrait of a pet that I had done at my DaVinci. Completely satisfied both times. They're beautiful and the artist did such a great job capturing the essence of each dog.

The photo we sent had red eye of some sort, and the artist made amazing eyes to make up for the bad photo. The portrait captured Wembley perfectly and we are very pleased, and know the family who we are giving the drawing to will as well. Good job!

I gave them a picture of my sister and BIL’s Briard Dog. It was done in pencil. It is remarkable. I would have liked a little bit more color but Briards are usually a light fawn, white and this one is 10 and had gray in him. Not much you can do to add color to that. This is going to be their Christmas present. I am very happy with the end product. Would certainly recommend.

I took a chance with sending in a photo of my wife's dog that she had to euthanize. It was an idea I had for a Christmas gift and her first artwork for her new office. OMG, where do I start? I ordered this picture for my Veterinarian for the holidays. We had secretly taken photos of his dog he brings to work everyday. I submitted my order so late that I did not think it was going to be ready for the holidays. But to my surprise it was reviewed and an emailed proof was sent in just a few hours!!!! I noticed the collar was upside down, so I asked if that could be fixed. A new email proof was sent the next day with the collar facing upright. The gorgeous picture was sent within a week!!! Needless to say I gave it to him and he has not stopped talking about it to this day. His family also loved it! The only problem is that they cannot decide where to hang it, in the office or at home. I know he has referred the website to everyone that has also loved the picture. I just want to say thank you so very much for the outstanding customer service you provide. We absolutely loved the drawing of Nora, a 10yo Great Dane who passed away on her Birthday. We gave the sketch as a gift to the family and they adore it. My Davinci were so easy to work with and accommodating. I loved the way they give you a preview of the sketch so you have the opportunity to change or add anything you want to the picture.
