The sketch of our family pet was more beautiful than I expected. The correspondence between the staff and me was very personal and my emails were answered quickly. I will call upon MyDavinci in the future if I want anything in the future.

I am thrilled with how this picture of my mother-in- law’s dogs turned out. Both of them recently passed away and I wanted her to have something special to remember them by. the artist did very well. This gift was a special gift to my mom,grandmother, and aunt. The two older people in the artwork is my grandma and grandpa and they passed away before my son which is the baby in the artwork was born, they always said they hoped they would still be here when I had kids but sadly that didn’t happened and they passed in 2016 (grandma) & 2020 (grandpa). So, the work you guys put together for me means so so much to us. Thank you :)

I purchased this drawing as a gift for a friend who had recently lost her father.The entire process of losing him and selling the family home had been incredibly emotional for her. This is from one of the last photos taken of our precious Koko who we adopted over 14 years ago. She lived to be 15+ years old. We could not be happier about the way this pencil drawing turned out. We lose our baby girl, she was the best mini pin dog ever. She was such a baby wanting to held all the time, she was 13 1/2 years old. I sent a photo in and the return ink rendering was exceptional, better then I ever imagined. Craig cried when he opened his birthday gift. My Davinci out did themselves.

This drawing of my 3 dogs was the best gift I've ever received. The accuracy was absolutely unbelievable. It's like my dogs are staring back at me. I can't recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could !!!

The sketch was better than expected. I couldn't have imagined it more beautiful. It's almost as if the artist new our wonderful pet that had just passed. The detail and personality really shows in his facial features. I only wish that the actual artist could be recognized for such wonderful work. This sketch drawing is exactly what I envisioned when I submitted the photo. Our Pekinese was with us for almost 16 years and wanted something to remember her by that was high quality, unique, and handmade. I put in a grey wood frame and can't wait to share with the family for Christmas. Thank you so much for your art talents and being a part in remembering our sweet Izzy.

Really nice and I am pleased with the item. Gave as a present to our friend. From a photograph he took of his dog. I did ask for the artist to sign the work, which was not done, but accepted anyway so it’s ok. Would order from Davinci again.

My artwork came out great and on time! And the staff were quick to respond to my emails when I had questions. They did a fantastic job!

I liked My DaVinci's website better than the others that I saw and also liked the diversity of things that they offered. I took a chance and ordered a pencil sketch. Didn't have a real clear photo for them to work with, but am overjoyed with the end result. I will definitely use them again if I am looking to get this type of product, and have suggested them to family and friends.

As always, you guys did a wonderful job. But this time, you really went above and beyond on the customer service side by (i) proactively addressing a complexity introduced by a nuance in the picture I submitted, and then (ii) promptly ensuring delivery even after I failed to respond to several emails asking me to approve the order.

Just as last time, mydavinci.com did a great job re-creating a picture. This time there were several modifications I requested and the final product looks great! I will definitely use this service again.
