While I had a little difficulty at the beginning of the process, once the photos were resent, I am very pleased with the results. I love having a preview and input for changes to the end result. In my case, the baby had a hat in the photo that I asked be removed. This is my second experience with you and I am again very pleased. I also recommend you to people who see the artwork and ask where it was done. Thank you.

This was a gift. The recipients of this artwork absolutely loved it. The black frame complemented the decor in their house. They are very happy with it and so am I. There should be improvement to the website. It was not very clear on how to choose a style. It should have samples of various fonts and sayings so that it would be easier to choose. I bought 1 for my second grandson's, baptism . Mom and Dad loved it so much that we had one done of our first grandson from his birth picture. Purchased this as a wedding gift for a family member. This was last minute as they decided to get married only a couple weeks ago. The couple does all their RenCon festivals so I thought what better gift than a royal painting! I downloaded the appropriate pictures 8 days before the wedding. The next day received a review of what the canvas would look like and approved the picture. To my surprise I got a tracking number showing the canvas had been shipped and the canvas arrived 7 days after I ordered! My Father died on June 4th, in making preparations we found that we did not have a really good photo of him to display for the funeral. After searching for day's we found one. wish i had a more detailed picture of my nephew and his dad but the sketch turned out very nice... my nephew loved it and it is displayed in the living room. i probably will be buying more artwork in the future.

I purchased the charcoal sketching as a gift for my sister and brother in laws 27th anniversary. I was stunned at the likeness it captured from the actual picture.
