This was a great present. A wonderful way to capture memories that mean so much to all of us. The ordering process was very smooth and the painter responded very quickly to our requests. When we had a query, the customer service was equally fast and professional. The finished product was very close to the original photo but with that added depth that only a painting has. I’d highly recommend DaVinci artworks.

The painting of my daughter and son-in-law’s first house is wonderful! The artist added their dog on the porch and a number of edits that added so much to the charm of the painting. The painting is of the home on a pretty spring day with the daffodils blooming. My only photo was taken on a grey fall day with dead flowers. I highly recommend my DaVinci!

NY house that grandfather built

Excellent watercolor captures the look and feel of this sentimental property. The artist removed overgrown brush from the scene and really fixed the appearance which had become obscured. The detail is exquisite such as showing individual bricks in the house and chimney. The overall balance of color and texture is sublime.

My ex-wife moved into a ca1930 lakeside cottage this past summer and I was looking for a unique gift. I happened upon mydavinci, sent them a photo, and they nailed it. Beautifully painted original water color at a great price. Needless to say, she loved it. I really liked the way they allowed me to make minor changes before the final design. These guys are great. If you are hesitant to buy, don’t be. I highly recommend mydavinci.

I wanted to find a meaningful housewarming gift for my daughter for her first house, and am so glad I chose a MyDaVinci watercolor. Most importantly, my daughter and her partner absolutely love it. For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest.

My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood.

When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame.

So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

Gave this to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. They are usually hard to buy for, but they absolutely love it. It is already hanging in their foyer.
Also, I found the customer service at myDaVinci to be outstanding. They are very responsive (email responses within 24 hours) and patiently answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
