I did this for my wife as a surprise on our 50th Anniversary. It is nicely done, the web site worked well, and the email communications were timely and clear. I used the option to review the picure before printing, (via email/web), and that worked well, too. After printing the picture, they emailed me it was coming FedEx and gave me the FedEx tracking number so I could see its progress to my door. I did have a question regarding scanning a matte-finish photo to send them, so I phoned; the lady I talked with was knowledgable and helpful. All in all, a real class outfit to work with.

Great picture and great idea but it can be even much better if you allow to different pictures to be put in one photo vs just 1.
