I was absolutely thrilled with the process, from start to finish. Initially I uploaded a picture that I wanted to edit. They could not have been more helpful. Then when I found a picture I preferred, they made the change quickly and without issue. The final product was better than I even hoped it would be, and it came very quickly (with advice and guidance from a staff member). Communication throughout was excellent, swift, and the staff were beyond helpful. I cannot recommend this company and service highly enough.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband. We lost both of our dogs this year to old age. I was a little skeptical of using internet artists, but thought a watercolor of them together would be a great present. Sent a photo of the two and it turned out perfect. Can’t wait to see his face when he opens it Christmas morning. A PERFECT rendition of our babies. Thank you so much!

Professional perfection

I gave the artist a challenging assignment - a photo of our cabin at night, with lights pouring out of large windows. Their standard approach seems to be to portray a house in daylight so they were initially unsure what the true colors should be. They asked for additional pictures to indicate that, and quickly produced a beautifully rendered watercolor of the cabin as it would appear in daytime - with a time lapse video showing the picture being painted! They sent a picture of the first image for my review. I was impressed by the quality but had been hoping for the more dramatic night time scene. They adjusted the tones and colors (not easy with watercolor, I’m sure) and I’m very pleased with the final result. The painting is impeccably rendered and I’m quite pleased by the result. I highly recommend this service and give high marks for the customer service and quality control.

I was very impressed with my experience with myDaVinci--the ordering process was easy and customer service and my artist immediately reached out, discussed which photo would be their best reference, and assured me they could still customize the painting to include fall foliage (the reference photo was taken in winter). The painting was done much earlier than I expected, and is even more beautiful in person. I bought this for my mom, who is planning to downsize from my childhood home, and I think she will love it!

I requisitioned this watercolor of my boss' vacation home for her birthday in October. To say she was happy is an understatement. The artist really captured the best qualities of this place that she holds very dear. As she said "It's my happy place."

The framing was done also done very well.

She has decided to mount the piece in her office so that she can look at it every day.
