Reviews: Hand Drawn Pencil Sketch from Photos

I found this site online during a search. The process of scanning and ordering online was incredibly simple and I loved the way you could preview and change things if needed. ...I did not need to change a thing. I LOVED the drawing and when I did an online chat to check on the delivery as the sketch was a gift, customer service could not have been more helpful! All in all, I am thrilled with the product and will definitely keep My DaVinci in mind for more meaningful gift ideas in the future! Thank you!

The artist did such a fantastic job! I had a couple of requests from the picture and they were able to do it all. We recently lost our dog and this picture could not look more like her. Such a great memory!

It took a few tries to get it right, but your staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The finished product, a gift for our sister and her husband's 50th anniversary, was a big hit.

The entire process was easy and just as they stated it would be. Amazing sketch to honor an amazing man. I highly recommend!

I ordered a pencil sketch of my daughter's dogs for her Mother's Day surprise. I sent a couple extra photos just so the artists could "get a feel" of the boys' personalities - ha, ha The artists suggested the pic below because it had the most detail. They are very good about communication...after several e-mails this was the final product. My daughter was overjoyed. She said it "captured" the boys' personalities from their expressions to their stances. It took on extra meaning because she is relocating so this not only is a reminder of good times shared where she lives but a great new house-warming gift for their new place. I had previously ordered a watercolor from DaVinci for a friend which was just beautiful. They don't just duplicate...they put a little bit of sentiment in everything they do...lots of coupons and very reasonable additions like matte and frame. My next order will be a color pencil sketch!!

Artwork proudly hangs in corporate boardroom.

There were some modifications that needed to be addressed. They addressed them until it was to my satisfaction. I was impressed by the quality of the artwork. This is my girlfriends birthday present and I know without a doubt she'll love it. Thank you for being so easy to work with !

Amazing work. Did exactly what I wanted the picture to look like. Truly amazing work

My picture was amazing and more that I ever expected! Great quality!

I loved this when it arrived, couldn't have asked for anything better. Got it as a present for my fiancé as he loves American fire truck and this is his favourite truck...! He said it's the best present he has ever had! Thank you so much for creating this amazing picture x

This was the second pencil sketch I had done by MyDavinci. It came out great. It was a gift to my son and daughter-in-law. They love it and will hang it with the sketch I had done for them a few years ago. It's a perfect gift. Thank you!

The quality of reproduction was amazing, as was the class of the frame itself! Very professional and made a very large (crying :) ) impression!

she loved it ;)

I've used myDaVinci once before and was very pleased with the results and this occasion is no different. They were very receptive and response to my comments on the original drawing and made the requested changes to my great satisfaction.

Excellent job

My cat had passed away after having him for nearly 16 years. I loved that little guy so much and I know he felt the same way about me. Since he has been gone, it has been so difficult for me in adjusting to life without him. The picture I received from Mydavinci.com was amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful pencil drawing. It brought tears to my eyes.

Great work. Love the portrait!

The finished product was all that I hoped for. Very well done! I started trying to get a photo of the 2 dogs together, but did not work out. So, I sent two separate photos and DaVinci combined them and sent me a link to look at. I wanted the dog on the right enlarged slightly and brought forward more and darkened a bit. They did this and sent me a link to get my approval. I like it and gave the ok to sketch. They then, sent me a link to look at the sketch. This time, the dog on the left looked a little too "chubby" as the neck transitioned to where her body would be. I expressed my concern about this and they redid that portion of the sketch and sent me a link for approval. It was done the way I wanted and I gave approval to have it finished and framed. It was all done in timely and professional manner. The framing and matte were very nice. I would certainly recommend DaVinci. A very pleasant experience at a fair price with free shipping.

Thank you to the artist who drew the sketch of my dog. The expression on his face is so lifelike. Even better than the photo. Beautiful detail. Thank you!

I met someone who recently lost his dad. I knew he was missing his dad and I understood that feeling. I wanted to give him a wonderful memory. He absolutely loved the sketch. I did, too. Thank you for your beautiful art work. Joan Riedel
