Reviews: Hand Drawn Pencil Sketch from Photos

The sketch had wonderful detail and matched the original picture perfectly! I was very impressed with how quickly the artist had the preview done & appreciated the care taken when shipping the final product back to me!

I ordered a pencil drawing of our dog, Lily, who we had tragically lost during the year as a Christmas gift for my husband. The finished piece was so close to Lily that it brought us both to tears! It even arrived just in time for Christmas. My husband was so happy with it that he took it with us when we went visiting to show it off.

Costs were a little higher than I was first expecting, but you get super personal interaction with them and they don't produce the artwork until it's the way you want it. I am very satisfied!

I was truly amazed when I saw the website! I was even more amazed when saw the picture that I had purchased. It was emailed to me kn a timely manner and I sent back some revisions and the out come was breath taking. I will do business again and I have told everyone about this site.

This was a Christmas present for my in-laws and they absolutely loved it.

We are very pleased with the final product. Mydavinci.com worked with us every step of the way to make sure the drawing was just right. We made a gift of the picture to the owner of the home who was moved to tears. Getting the drawing correct took numerous modifications. While the ultimate drawing was excellent the artist failed to fully review some of the reference images we provided, so that had we not been extremely careful in examining each modification the drawing would have been incomplete (missing a window and a porch post).

I had the artist create a pencil sketch from a picture I had of my husband's childhood home as I know he thinks and dreams of the house quite often. It was a birthday gift and he was blown away! It was perfect, each detail in the picture was shown and I don't think any other company or artist could have done it better. It is such a special gift, I can't wait to order another picture for someone else!

Hi, I thought that you did a very fine job with this picture. The sketch looks almost exactly like the photo I submitted. My daughter received this as a gift and she burst out in tears. This was a picture of her mother and now it's proudly displayed on her wall.

The artist did a great job. The shading came out perfect.

Christmas was upon me and I had yet to think of something to give my father. One week before the holiday I decided to order a pencil sketch of the two of us. Not only did it come out perfect and beautiful, I received it in under a week, right in time for the holiday. The artists at mydavinci.com are fantastic! The customer service is so good it left me speechless as that is something that seems so rare these days. I'll definitely be ordering more art from them and highly recommend.

My wife loved the sketch. She thought it really captured Roxy very well. It was a big hit for Christmas.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband, and it came out beautifully! This was our first Christmas as parents, and we will proudly display this art in our home. Thank you!

I gave this as a Christmas present to my dad, who loves his 13 year old lab. He loved it and was so touched by it. It'll be hard to beat next year!
