Met my deadline/budget/expectations, great job!

Obtaining this gift for my wife was surprisingly easy and fun task. The service level was terrific and the gift arrived earlier than expected. Once I received it I noticed immediately it had exceeded my expectations.

Cat owners know how difficult it can be to get two cats to pose together for a portrait. The artist was able to combine two photos and was willing to revise as much as was needed to create the perfect family gift. The service was very impressive!!!

I got this portrait done to honor our dog we had recently put down. It turned out beautiful. They even took out the details in the photo that we didn't want. They really captured her spirit, we couldn't be happier.

I had originally ordered a different picture to be a pencil drawing from My DaVinci. I wasnt satisfied with the way the drawing turned out and called My DaVinci. They were very helpful and were ready and willing to make changes to make sure I was satisfied. They even gave me an option that were less expensive than what I originally ordered. I am very happy with the final product I received and cant say enough about My DaVinci's customer service. I have ordered 3 different items over the past 5 years from My DaVinci and have been totally satisfied every time.

I asked the artist to make the picture look like it was taken in a backyard (meaning I wanted the background of the picket fence, etc.) and the artist actually added some trees to the right that made the picture more impressive. I also asked the artist to remove the drool under my sons chin in the actual photo and they obliged. Supremely satisfied with this reproduction. Will order again.

This product was remarkable! The artist followed my instructions to a "t." She extracted the third person in between my parents, corrected the extra "hand," and touched up the original resulting in a canvas print that lives in the alumni giving area of my parents' alma mater. I had my doubts about a website that offers artwork. But my doubts were quickly alleviated when I decided to take the plunge and inquire about getting a photo rendered of my wife and me. The customer service was impressive and they were very patient with me. I had to get changes done twice and they were very prompt with their response. When the picture arrived my wife was very impressed. I chose a picture of our honeymoon in USVI to commemorate her birthday. I think this was a perfect gift for that special someone that loves art. I would definitely chose them again for another present.

This was for my husband's 60th birthday and it brought a tear to his eye. Coco, on the left passed away about a year ago at the ripe old age of 17. Puf in the middle and Robbie on the right (our newest addition)are the only dogs we have had and are/were part of the family. Thanks for a job well done.
