All of our custom art is subjected to a three-step quality control process: It is checked initially at the point of creation in China, then reviewed by customers online via e-mail prior to printing/shipping, and finally reviewed by our U.S. office prior to shipping from our facility.

We provide shipping through the United States Postal Service and FedEx. If you need your order by a certain date, we are more than happy to help make that happen. We offer different levels of expedited shipping to help you receive your order on time. These options are available for viewing when you are checking out. Turn-around times vary depending on the style of art chosen, so keep this in mind when ordering. (e.g., digital photo to art has a quicker turn-around than a handmade oil painting.)
