How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to USA address starts at $4.95 for USPS First Class Mail.

Can I request a custom design?

Our In-Masterpiece series are meant to look as close to the original artworks as possible, so we are not able to honor requests for custom designs.

Will my artwork be framed?

The promotional value of your Groupon does not include a frame. However, you will have the option to choose a frame when redeeming your Groupon. You will be responsible for the cost of the frame that you choose.

Will there be tax on my order?

Any orders placed in IL will be subject to a 7.5% sales tax.

What is your return policy for this Groupon deal?

You will be sent an email preview of the artwork to approve prior to shipping. You can also request modifications to your preview free of charge before the artwork ships. If your product is damaged during shipment, it will be replaced for you as long as you provide photos of the damaged artwork/package. All Groupon sales are final.

What are the photo requirements?

We recommend that photos with clear facial features. Blurry photos cannot be restored to use for in masterpieces product , and photos in which the subject is very far away do not often work well for this product either. If you submit a photo that is not suitable with your order, you will always have the option to send in additional photos.

Can I submit an image from a website such as Facebook?

Facebook and other websites downsize images to make them easier to load and display online, so it is extremely important that photos submitted from social media sites are up close and clear. If you took the photo with your own camera, please send us the original file from the camera before it was saved to any websites or photo-editing programs.

What is the turnaround time for Groupon orders?

Due to the high volume of Groupon orders, the in-house creation time is one week.
