Here at myDaVinci, we pride ourselves in offering high quality personalized artwork to your complete satisfaction. Our artists have over 15 years of experience turning photos into art for our customers. We understand that personalized artwork is truly in the eye of the beholder, but we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with our artists and top notch customer service, or we will give your money back!
If your artwork has been shipped to you already, simply call us within 7 days of delivery to let us know that you will be returning it. As long as we hear from you, and then receive your returned artwork within 14 days of the original delivery date, we will refund you in full for the artwork. (Shipping charges do not apply and cannot be refunded.)
If your artwork has not been shipped, and you don't want to continue your artwork project with us, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we will be happy to replace your damaged artwork. We do not require damaged items to be returned. However, we need you to provide photos of the damage so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier properly.
- myDaVinci reserves the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.
- If a photo is blurry, we will let you know right away. If you would like us to try anyway, we can continue if you waive your right to a full refund. Instead of a refund, we can offer you an in-store credit in this case.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
