Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
We here at myDaVinci pride ourselves in our customers’ complete satisfaction. We
understand personalized artwork is truly in the eye of the beholder, so if you are
unhappy with your artwork, we will give you your money back.
If your artwork has been shipped to you already, simply call us within 7 days of delivery to let us know that you will
be returning it. As long as we hear from you, and then receive your returned artwork within 14 days of the original
delivery date, we will refund you in full for the artwork. (Shipping charges do not apply and cannot be refunded.)
If your artwork has not been shipped, and you do not wish to further modify or have your artwork recreated at no
additional cost, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, just give us a call and we will be happy to replace your damaged
artwork. We do not require damaged items to be returned, however we ask that you provide photos of the damage
so that our shipping department can handle the claim process with our carrier.
* myDaVinci reserves the right to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.
* If a photo is blurry and we do not recommend it is used, we will let you know right away. If you would like us to try anyway, we can
do that, however this will waive your right to a full refund. Instead, we can offer you an instore credit if you do not like your artwork.
* Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
