I wasn't expecting this to not come stretched on a frame.

4 panel Pop Art Job

I love the concept of the 4 panel so I purchased a frame for my daughter.

She received it as a B'day gift although I was not 100% satisfied. The reason for this is that I think the image could have been tweaked a little better; possibly cropping the image a little closer and playing with the colors so the subject would have a more flattering effect. The actual picture I sent in represents a much more "girl next door" look. The artwork has a lttle bit of a fiendish effect.

Also, I suggest the image send for review and approval have the frame incorporated.

Had I seen this artwork with the frame that was ordered I would have requested a mat be used to outline the artwork.

I am dissuaded to place more orders in the future.

Thank you.

This is the 2nd pop art I purchased and it isn't as detailed as the first. No highlighting in the hair and it lacked the depth of the first one.It is ok but not as nice as the first one.

I had a great customer service experience with a very patient team that met all my demands. The downside is when I received the artwork I was dissapointed because the framing was not centered correctly and my daughter's chin was cut off on the bottom part. It could have been done better because there is indeed space to move up a little on the top of the head. Overall it is great I just wished that hadn't happened!

I thought I had ordered a larger item

In filling out all of your forms, I took the offer with the largest piece.
Somehow along the way, it went back to the original, and I wasn't charged for the larger one.
I did not keep up with everything along the way, so maybe I missed some-

thing. I had a medical trip during this time, and did not have time to
oversee. But, the one received is fine.

This was very easy to order and make changes to. I would recommend reviewing the order before you make your purchase. I was able to make changes to the colors of my pop art without any problems. The only issue I have was that I was under the impression that my photo was going to be actually drawn by an artist, instead it was just copied and they digitally enhanced the photo with various colors. The end product was still very nice.

My niece was given a pop art 4 panel for her birthday. She avoided talking about it with me over the phone. Her mother said she "needed more time to study it." I have not heard from the family since. I don't hold mydavinci.com responsible for their reaction.

I ordered this artwork a month before Thanksgiving hoping to give it as a gift. It took 6 times e-mailing back and forth and then finally getting a live person on the phone before the changes I requested were implemented. I would strongly advise anyone who is ordering to pay the extra money to have a review before you finalize the order. The most frustrating part was never being able to speak to the ACTUAL person who was doing the changes - I always had to speak to a customer service person who relayed the information. Over 30 days later I received the finished product.

Could be a 5 star

I purchased a 40x40 print with a border to gallery wrap it. The picture it self was great but there was not enough room around the border to wrap it at 40x40. It had to be taken down to 39x39 which through off the balance.

The quality of the finish was good. I was disapointed because I thought from the description it would already be stretched onto a canvas box so when it arrived simply as an oversized print, I was unpleasantly surprised.

Once I add the cost of the canvas box or frame, it will be more money than I would have wanted to spend.
