I placed an order on December 7th for a hand-drawn colored pencil portrait and paid $44 for "Rush Service" in the hopes that the portrait would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the portrait arrived on December 30th. Despite the late arrival, the portrait was beautiful and was a wonderful Christmas gift!

I have used My DaVinci many times to provide gifts for my clients. They do a great job of customizing the pieces for that extra special apprearance. The most recent project they were able to use several photo vantage points to eliminate over grown foliage and showcase more of the house... Great job, my client loved it.

This is a surprise for my husband after moving into our newly built home. Process was easy - just submitted a couple photos, then agreed with the artist on one photo. A draft was shared and I gave three rounds of feedback to make the drawing accurate. I’m pleased with the results and the quality of the frame.

I think Mydavinci tries very hard to please their customers. My first request for approval of my picture was rejected because I felt the picture looked faded and washed out. They very happily agreed to correct that issue which I later approved. I’ve had a local artist do pictures for me in the past and I guess that’s what I was expecting. My only criticism of this final picture is that I think the house should be about 2/3s of the picture and the background 1/3. it looks reversed to me. I have 2/3s of grass and background and the house looks dwarfed. I have another picture being created by them and I’ll be sure to watch for that issue.

Have no complaints about the artwork so ever, very satisfied
with the end result. Every one who looked at this portrait
loved it! The only drawback I did have was the ship time, was about 5 days longer than I thought it would be.

The art came out very nice. Unfortunately, I believe the definition for "subject" is a little vague. I have 3 people in my photo so I paid for 3 subjects. It was then explained to me that the background is also considered a separate subject and if i wanted that included I would have to pay additional. Other than that hic up it was a pretty smooth process.
