Nice adjustment and execution of the photo, but printed with a border that I needed to manually cut in order to fit it into a frame. This should have been disclosed in the product description

Reproduction was pretty good considering the original file wasn't perfectly clear. Only problem was I somehow ordered a framed version and an additional rolled canvas version. I have no idea how this happened? I just wish someone would have questioned it since it was on the same order.

I was very happy with my picture. There were people in the window and you took them out and the picture looks much better. I would use DaVinci again.

I ran into issues when I realized the heart montage was only a square. I had downloaded 5 pictures and requested a change to heart shape and to change out main picture used. I realized after closer inspection that then only 4 pictures used. They must have discarded the picture I asked to change and not use it at all???? Overall we like the picture. I did contact Customer Service and Pam delivered on everything she promised. I am trying them again in the future.

The picture looks great the only thing I wish were a little different is that the feet all the way to the right are darker than the other two on canvas but not in the photo.

For some reason, it seems that the canvas-based version of the photo looks underexposed. It may have something to do with the textured surface of the canvas, but many details are lost in "shadow". To be fair, the recipients of the pictures were delighted and impressed, so the issue was minor to them. I would just advise "brightening" the photo before the process.

I was amazed by the sharpness and color quality of this item. It looks so good! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the canvas could have been pulled tighter and droops a little on the left side.
