I had a very good experience with mydavinci. I tried to have a pop art portrait done a couple of times. Most of my pics were from a mobile phone and once enlarged the pixel image where difficult to work with. They didn’t forge ahead they were honest on the likeliness of their ability to create the art to satisfaction. I finally found a pic that they assessed and was able to process..... the colors are vibrant and beautiful. Great job.....this is going in my living room.

Hi, this was a gift for a very special person and when it arrived she told me it was the most beautiful gift she had ever received, however, I'm not giving you five stars because when I asked for a second artwork, my card was rejected. It's kind of frustrating but, anyway, thank you.

I had a certain way I was hoping the "painting" would look. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to review the work and have them make changes until it was exactly the way I wanted it.. This photo was a special memory and I am very happy with the way it turned out.

My Son, really liked this, he thought he needed special glasses to look at it at first, because up close, you can really see the dots on his face to create the different colors...I explained to him it's pop art. From a distance, it's perfection.

I ordered a 4 panel of my 5 dogs... yes, you read that right.... LOL There was no option for a 5 panel... and I had 5 dogs that needed to be included. I tried many times to respond to customer service via their email inquiry to me as to how to accomplish the task of 5 dogs in a 4 panel. I got no reply from them. Calling them, on the other hand, was MUCH more effective and they said "no problem" with my suggestion of how to do the layout. I got a preview via email and I really liked the final result. I didn't order a frame for my piece because it was already kind of pricy for the 12 x 12 alone... but I am enjoying my purchase. I'd use them again!

I appreciate the responsive communication with my product designer. The art was delivered as promised, on time, which seems to be a rare occurrence these days with some companies. For the price, I would have expected slightly higher quality material on which the art was printed, but overall, I was very pleased with the end result.
Would definitely use DaVinci again.
